I provide breastfeeding help, infant feeding support, education, and lactation counseling. Support is centered on helping families formulate their own breastfeeding goals then create a realistic plan that fits with your actual life.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay.

I typically keep appointments open same or next day. Breasts and babies usually don't give you much notice!

I currently cannot accept insurance. Stay tuned for Tricare coverage!

For your first appointment, we'll meet in person. This can be in your home or at my office. I'm centrally located in Town Center (522 S. Independence Boulevard #202A). Once we've met, follow-ups can be conducted over telehealth through PracticeBetter, a HIPAA compliant platform.

My job is not to make you breastfeed any particular way. My job is to help you learn more about your breastfeeding options, set goals that work with your values, and create a plan that works with your real life.
